Welcome to SeasonLeft ("the App"), developed by Tapronix ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
By purchasing and using SeasonLeft, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tapronix.
Upon purchase of the App through the Apple App Store, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
SeasonLeft is a paid application available for purchase through the Apple App Store. All payments are processed by Apple, and any refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process payments or refunds directly.
The App does not contain any in-app purchases or subscription fees. The one-time purchase price grants you access to all features of the App.

The App, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, graphics, text, and code), is owned by Tapronix and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Seasonal date information is provided for general reference purposes only and may vary based on geographic location and cultural traditions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TAPRONIX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from Apple's services or policies.
We may release updates to the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. You are encouraged to keep the App updated to the latest version. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tapronix operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
